Adults Beginners Hour Saturday

This is a Saturday afternoon beginners class. The fee of R380 is per person, for an hour and includes all your tools and materials.

You will learn about the mosaic process, all the basic and advanced cutting techniques, different types of tiles and glass and an overview discussion of the full mosaic making process. This includes practicing cutting tiles and a glass sheet with mosaic nippers, glass scorers, running pliers and a glass grinder into various shapes and sizes.

We do not make a mosaic in this class. It is designed as a fantastic way to learn all the cutting techniques before embarking on your project. It is also a good opportunity to see if mosaic is for you and discuss your first project before committing to weekly classes.
