Young Adults Beginners Hour Thursday Afternoon

This is a Thursday beginners class exclusively for young adults from age 17 and up. The fee of R350 is per person, for an hour and includes all your tools and materials.

You will learn about the mosaic process, all the basic cutting techniques, different types of tiles and glass and an overview of adhesives and grouting. This includes practicing cutting tiles and a glass sheet with mosaic nippers, glass scorers, running pliers and grozing pliers into various shapes and sizes.

This class is a fantastic way to learn all the cutting techniques before embarking on your project. It is also a good opportunity to see if mosaic is for you and discuss your first project before committing to weekly classes.
